This villa is located 5 minutes drive West of the town of Estepona. It is in a quiet, hillside development with sea views. It is set in a its own half acre garden with palm trees, local flora and fauna, cacti, etc. It has its own 8 metre pool with sunbathing area, patio furniture, sunloungers, etc. The accommodation is in the form of 3 independent apartments in the large villa but two of these apartments can be linked through an internal door. Each of these apartments has sea views. There is also a seated viewing point from where there are further views of the coast. Included as standard in every apartment is a microwave oven, hairdrier, foot spa, gas barbeque, Tv/ video, radio etc. There is a washing machine provided in the garage. There is ample parking in the adjoining street.The owners live on site in an attached apartment and will be able to offer any assistance you may need. |

Estepona is a cosy little fishing village on the western Costa del Sol, just outside the bustle of the busy towns of Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Marbella, and only only a 25 minute drive from Malaga international airport. Estepona has a 5 kilometer long sandy beach and boulevard. The buildings which are situated along the beach are not high rise and behind the boulevard you will find an authentic southern Spanish fishing village. There are restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars and shopping streets where you will find food stores and typical local shops.
