Peaceful and secure, yet only 5 minutes drive from the centre of both Marbella & Puerto Banus (you cannot get a more central, but quiet position) and only 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. The golden beach is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive behind the famous Puente Romano Hotel, the world-famous ‘Meridiana'restaurant and Olivia Valere nightclub/restaurant are also very close by. For the country lovers, Nagueles Country Park is 2 minutes drive up inland.
The development has several communal pools including paddle pools for the kids, solaria and very comfortable sun-loungers with excellent views. The gardens, colourful with displays of bougainvillea, hibiscus, citrus and olive trees are delightful. Because of its elevation on a small hill, the pool areas benefit from a pleasant little breeze in the heat of the day. All the apartments are serviced by elevator and benefit from a 24-hourporterage/concierge and security service. You will find the porters most charming and helpful.
This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard, including television, video with a collection of videos, CD/Radio, air conditioning, central heating, marble flooring and fully marbled bathrooms. There are two bedrooms and a large lounge/dining room which all open onto the large terrace, furnished with dining set and sun-loungers.
The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and the utility area includes a washing machine, in fact, everything you would expect at home. The double bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom and the twin bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. From the terrace you have nice views over the mature gardens. A cool box is supplied within the apartment for picnics. All bed linen, bath and hand towels are supplied and changed weekly.
Our family-run management company are situated across the road from the apartment, with nothing being too much trouble. We can also arrange a personal transfer service from Malaga Airport, meet & greet, welcome packs, personal shopping service, car-hire, taxi-service, hire service of cots, buggy's etc, in-fact anything to ensure your stay is the most enjoyable ever.
