Fabulous 3 bedroom house in stunning location with a large private pool set some 50m above the property affording views of the surrounding area and lake Viñuela, taking in the Mediterranean and on a clear day even the coast of Africa. The house is set in three acres of olive and almond groves, amongst peach, apricot, quince and pomegranate trees and surrounded by gardens filled with jasmine and bougainvillea.
A long terrace stretches the length of the house and a large dining table enables meals to be taken alfresco whilst admiring the view. The open plan living/dining roon and kitchen is huge, with wooden beans in high ceiling, giving a real feeling of spaciousness. A door from the main living area leads into a smaller den with french doors to the main terrace.
A step leads down to the ground floor double bedroom, with doors opening out onto a shady terrace. On the first floor the spacious double bedroom benefits again from the lovely views and has been stylishly decocated. French doors open onto a small south facing terrace which can accessed from the garden. An en-suite shower/wc is shared with the second bedroom on this floor, which has a small double bed.
