Marbella
Situated on the Mediterranean coast and about 55 kms from Malaga airport, Marbella is today one of the most exclusive summer resorts in Spain and in Europe. Yet, as much as fame and luxury are present in Marbella, there is still plenty of fascinating architecture and historical places of interest that date back to both Roman and Moorish occupation.
Marbella’s most charming area is the old quarter with narrow cobblestone streets where the focal point of this area, still partially surrounded by the ruins of an old Arab wall, is the Plaza de los Naranjos “The Orange Square”, which is dominated by three buildings of historic interest - the Town Hall (built in 1956), the Church of St Mary (built in 1618 and restored after the Spanish Civil War of 1936), and the old Governor's House (built in 1552).

Marbella is known as golf paradise with over 40 quality golf courses for any level of player where you can play every day of the year.
Marbella is also famous for its wonderful beaches “El Fuerte” and “La Fontanilla”, and its marina “Puerto Banus” where luxurious yachts arrive from all over the world. It also has beautiful boutiques, luxurious hotels, lovely surrounding shopping centres and vibrant nightlife.
Sheltered by the tall peaks of Sierra Blanca, the climate of Marbella is very soothing. The average temperature all year long is 19 - 25º C (66 – 77º F) and the sun shines around 320 days per year with less than 50 rainy days.
Great beaches, great climate and a unique offering of sports, gastronomy and entertainment we are confident that a visit to Marbella is a guarantee for an unforgettable and exclusive holiday experience in Spain.
