Conil de la Frontera
Situated to the south-west of the province of Cádiz, on the Costa de la Luz coastline, Conil de la Frontera combines the beauty of the Sierra de Grazalema white towns and the charm of typical fishing towns on the coast. There are 16kms of wide sandy beaches for relaxing or strolling along, fringed by low cliffs, old pine forests and fields of sunflowers. A network of footpaths around Conil offers interesting walks, while there are also local riding stables, tennis courts and several golf courses. Visitors enjoy exploring the nearby cities of Cadiz, Jerez and Seville with their beautiful architecture, sherry bodegas, horse riding exhibitions and fiestas.

Vejer de la Frontera
Slotted between the sierras and the sea 10 km inland and 200m high above the gorge of the River Barbate this hill town is a beautifully preserved example of a classic Andalucian town, declared a national monument in 1978. Vejer de la Frontera is located along the Costa de la Luz, within the province of Cadiz. It is a picturesque town perched high on a limestone headland.

Tarifa
Tarifa is the most southerly point of Europe and is along one its most splendid coastal routes. The former moorish town of Tarifa is now a top windsurfing venue, which attracts the younger holiday crowds to its sail-boarding schools, and lively cafes and bars.

Manilva
Manilva is 97 kms from Malaga and 13 from Estepona, situated between the cities of Malaga and Cadiz. Manilva, despite its prime location on the coast, there is a refreshing lack of anonymous sky-scraper construction. Plenty of golfing locally, and the Duquesa marina provides for the opportunity for those with a nautical persuasion.

Estepona
Estepona is a cosy little fishing village on the western Costa del Sol, just outside the bustle of the busy towns of Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Marbella, and only only a 25 minute drive from Malaga international airport. Estepona has a 5 kilometer long sandy beach and boulevard. The buildings which are situated along the beach are not high rise and behind the boulevard you will find an authentic southern Spanish fishing village. There are restaurants, sidewalk cafes, bars and shopping streets where you will find food stores and typical local shops.

Puerto Banus
Puerto Banus is a favourite resort for international celebrities, this costal village is located between Marbella and San Pedro (approximately 6km from Marbella) on Spain's renowned Costa del Sol. It was inaugurated in 1970 and is home to some of the most impressive yachts in the world and smaller pleasure craft alike. Along the harbour there is a wide array of bars, pubs, restaurants and designer shops.

Marbella
Situated on the Mediterranean coast and about 55 kms from Malaga airport, Marbella is today one of the most exclusive summer resorts in Spain and in Europe.

Fuengirola

Benalmádena Costa
Benalmádena Costa is located in Andalucia on Spain's Costa del Sol. You'll find it just eight kilometres west of Malaga's international airport. The resort is made up of three distinct areas - the old town of Benalmadena Pueblo, the beachfront area of Benalmadena Costa and the commercial zone of Arroyo de la Miel. The Costa is the main tourist area with its nine kilometres of golden sandy beaches and the beautiful marina which combines the water and boat moorings with commercial buildings and residential property built upon islands. Benalmadena Pueblo, set back from the seafront at nearly 300 metres above sea level, retains much of its original charm with the narrow, steep streets and whitewashed houses which are so typical of traditional Andalucian villages.

Torremolinos

Añoreta Golf
Añoreta Golf is the only 18-hole course to the east of Malaga, and lies between the sea and the mountains. Designed by José María Cañizares, this par-72 is a challenge for all players, whatever their handicap. 5,976m for professionals and 5,673m for amateurs. The trees that surround the course and the way water is used accentuate the natural beauty of the course. Many of the holes are spectacular and difficult. The 7th has impressive panoramic views of the sea. The 17th is a par-3 surrounded on three sides by water.

Baviera Golf
Baviera Golf is located below the foothills of the Sierra de la Almijara, by the Caleta de Velez. It opened for play in 2002. Golfers will enjoy both mountain and sea views whilst playing this course. Designed by twice World Championship winner and four time Ryder Cup member, Jose Maria Cañizares, Baviera features wide undulating fairways and large, fast greens with various slopes. The course is of moderate difficulty and features several water hazards.

Torrox Costa
Torrox is located 47km east of Malaga in between Torre del Mar and Nerja. Torrox centre is approximately 4km inland. The town is an established resort and is very popular among turists. The mountains situated close to Torrox are enveloped in vineyards and olive trees. Torrox Costa, El Peñoncillo and El Morche are the coastal districts mostly dedicated today to tourism.

Nerja
The town of Nerja is located 50kms from Malaga city as you head east and lies virtually on the border of two provinces, Malaga and Granada. This area as with most of the Costa del Sol enjoys a great all year round climate with over 300 days of sunshine. The coastline has small bays and coves intermingled with rocky cliffs. This charming village, with its typical Andalusian character has grown into a highly popular holiday destination and also is a perfect place for people who are looking to retire and live in Spain.

Frigiliana
Frigiliana is known as the pearl of the Axarquia because of its traditional Andalusian atmosphere, stoned streets flanked by colourful flowers and white chalk houses. This small village located in the extreme orient of the Axarquia and barely five kilometers from Nerja is carefully cared for day after day by its little more than 2000 inhabitants, which has earned it in the past years various national and regional awards of beautification.

Maro
The town of Maro, forming part of the municipality of Nerja, is a very nice Andalusian town only 4 km (2 miles) East of Nerja and 1 km from the famous Caves of Nerja. Maro was a Roman establishment and is classified as a natural area of exceptional beauty, ideal for beach lovers and for walkers. Maro also has a magnificent beach which is part of the more than 16 km. belonging to Nerja, with clear waters and offering the opportunity of practicing, among other sports, underwater fishing.

Torrox
The village of Torrox is located 44 kilometres from Malaga, on the eastern coast of the province lying on a hillock running down to the Mediterranean sea and sheltered from the northern winds by the Sierra Tejeda and Almijara. The annual average temperature is 18-28C, and there is no great temperature difference between summer and winter, moreover there can even be a subtropical touch. This is why Torrox proudly boasts the “best climate in Europe”.

Competa
Competa is situated in Axarquia, the coastal province east of Malaga and it is set some 600 metres above sea level in the Sierra Almijara. The village is surrounded by a 4,000 hectares wide wildlife reserve, the Sierra Almijara, with peaks as high as 2,068 metres. A stunningly beautiful natural park where you can go for walks to encounter mountain goats, eagles and a very rich vegetation.

La Viñuela
In the heart of some of Andalucía's most spectacular scenery lies Viñuela Lake, a man-made reservoir which as well as serving the useful purpose of providing homes with water, in an aesthetic sense the lake has become a determinate part of the local landscape. As the lake is a reservoir, no motorised craft are allowed, just simple sailing boats and canoes sometimes disturb the usual flat calm of the surface. Scattered around the southern end of the lake are picnic areas, each table complimented by a barbeque and all with fantastic views of the lake and mountains behind. Horses casually graze on the lush grass and the signs notate the area as a Coto de Pesca, a fish reserve.

Torrox Park
Torrox Park is situated in the foothills below Torrox Pueblo and between the popular villages of Nerja (less than 10 mins drive) and Torrox Costa (less than 5 mins drive). This popular urbanization is known as the "Garden Village by the sea", combining villas with low-rise apartments in a peaceful setting.

La Alpujarra
Declared a National park, this area has some of the most beautiful scenery and reputedly the purest air in Europe. It is a temperate climate, cooled by gentle breezes, with mild, sunny winters and is ideal for walking, relaxing and visiting the local Moorish villages or the spa town of Lanjaron.
