This frontline 2 bedroom apartment is 500 meters from the beach in an area of beautiful coastline with the hills as a backdrop. The quiet development has maturing gardens and easy reach of the beach. Close to the historical town of Nerja and many amenities.
The lounge is newly furnished with large L shaped sofa, a wall unit housing the television (English Sky satellite and ASTRA), dvd player, cd/radio unit and Wifi Internet. The circular dining table sits four and the room has the benefit of an air conditioning unit. Large sliding doors lead to a large southwest facing terrace with a table and chairs, four sun loungers and BBQ. The terrace has excellent views of the sea, gardens and the communal pool. Two bedrooms with twin beds in each, with one of the bedrooms having sliding doors onto the terrace area. The main bathroom has bath, excellent shower, toilet and wash hand basin and extractor unit. A separate toilet with wash hand basin is also available.
